Rio Negro Cruise - 5Days / 4 Nights (Sunday - Thursday)
DAY 1 (SUNDAY)
Passengers check-in at Iberostar reception office in the harbor building. Embark, accommodation in cabins and reservation of tables in the restaurant.
6:00pm Ship departs to Novo Airão
Classical Music watching the sunset at the upper deck. Captain´s welcome cocktail party, presentation of officers and crew in the Lua salon, Lecture on safety and abandon ship procedures. Welcome dinner in the Kuarup restaurant
Live music and first contacts in the party salon and open bar on the top deck
DAY 2 (MONDAY)
Arrival at Novo Airao. Sunrise Lovers Breakfast at the upper deck. Breakfast in the Kuarup restaurant.
Embark on the tender (boats). Trekking through the igarapés and Visit to pink dolphins at Novo Airão.

DAY 5 (THURSDAY)
On the way to "encontro das águas" (meeting of river Negro and river Solimôes) Sunrise Lovers Breakfast at the upper deck, Wacthing "encontro das águas" (meeting of Rivers water). Breakfast in the Kuarup restaurant

All Inclusive services
In our two restaurants (Grilll and Karup), we offer our guests a special experience thru local and international cuisine. Pool Bar and Night Club bar. What is included: Lodging, FAP - Full America Plan, Welcome drink, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (national and international), safe box inside the cabins, tourist activities on ground with specialized guides. Entertainment such as field trips, dance classes, fishing and ecological classes of the local fauna and flowers. Live music shows and theme parties at night. Motorboat rides thru and excursions local lakes, igapós and igarapés.
No personal expenses are included in the package rate.
Documents required for boarding: Passport for foreigners and ID for Brazilians (RG).
The departure time for any cruise is 6 p.m.
The arrival time at the day of disembarkation is 8 a.m.
No children less than 15 years old are accepted on board.
Two bags are allowed to bring on board.
The following documentation is requested: American passengers have to have a passport and a visa for Brazil.
