Upon arrival in Iquitos, you’ll be met and transferred by private vehicle to Nauta, with a scenic boxed lunch along the way. Board your Amazon river cruise and settle into your suite before enjoying a regional cocktail made from pisco and tropical fruits. Your naturalist guides will present the expedition highlights and safety briefing. As evening falls, board a skiff to explore Nauta Caño on a night safari—watch for caimans, frogs, and tarantulas among the darkened waterways. Return for a welcome dinner infused with Amazonian flavors.

Start the day with birdwatching from the observation deck, then travel by skiff into the remote Yanayacu de Pucate area of Pacaya Samiria. Have breakfast surrounded by nature, with optional kayaking or swimming in its pristine blackwaters. Back aboard, enjoy a cocktail demonstration before lunch. In the afternoon, visit the community of San Regis, where you’ll meet a local shaman, take part in a symbolic tree-planting ceremony, and browse handcrafted goods. Return to the ship for dinner, accompanied by live music and stories from the jungle.

After breakfast, set off into the rainforest for a guided hike and canopy bridge walk that reveals the Amazon from a treetop perspective. Return for lunch and a presentation on endangered species of the region. Later, cruise along the Nahuapa River, where you’ll try traditional piranha fishing techniques. As night approaches, head out again for a nocturnal wildlife safari. Back on board, enjoy live music and another relaxing dinner with views of the river.

Begin with a nature walk in the Casual area, known for its enormous Avatar trees, vibrant frogs, and Victoria Amazonica lilies. Support local women artisans selling handmade crafts before heading back to the ship for a cooking demo by the chef. Enjoy lunch, then attend a talk on the origin of the Amazon River. In the afternoon, cruise to the dramatic confluence of the Marañón and Ucayali Rivers, where you may spot pink dolphins and witness the symbolic birthplace of the Amazon. Spend the evening enjoying your final dinner onboard.

Before breakfast, explore the town of Nauta by motocar, visiting its bustling local market. Return to the ship for your final meal before disembarking. On the way back to Iquitos, stop at the Amazon Forever Bio Park, home to the Manatee Rescue Center. Learn about the conservation efforts to rehabilitate endangered manatees and other wildlife before their return to the wild. This meaningful visit closes out your Amazon journey, followed by a transfer to the airport.
